Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game VESSORA (“the App”, “we”, “us”), published by Emin Kaya (an individual developer), handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information ourselves. Specifically, the App does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location, and does not access your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.

2. Information stored on your device

To make the game work, the following is saved locally on your device only (via on-device storage) and never sent to us:

• Your level progress, stars, coins and collected shards;
• Your settings (audio, haptics, colour-vision mode, one-handed mode, reduced motion);
• A one-time birth-year answer used only to keep the experience age-appropriate;
• Anonymous, on-device gameplay counters (e.g. levels started/completed) used to improve the game. These are buffered on your device and are not linked to your identity.

You can delete all of this at any time by deleting the App from your device.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve, cap, and measure ads (and to prevent fraud), Google may process limited technical data such as a device advertising identifier, IP address, device type and ad-interaction events. This processing is carried out by Google as an independent service provider.

• For users identified as children, we enable Google’s child-directed treatment and request only non-personalised ads. We do not use the device advertising identifier for tracking, and we do not show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain any consent required before ads are requested.

4. Children’s privacy

VESSORA is family-friendly and suitable for a general audience, including children. We are committed to complying with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU/UK GDPR (including protections for children), and the platform “Made for Kids” / “Designed for Families” requirements.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Children are served only non-personalised, child-directed advertising, with no cross-app tracking and no persistent advertising identifier used for profiling. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

5. Payments

VESSORA contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. In-game coins and shards are earned by playing and have no monetary value and cannot be bought.

6. Data sharing & sale

We do not sell, rent, or trade any information. The only third-party service that processes data is Google AdMob, as described above, solely to deliver advertising.

7. Data retention

On-device data persists until you delete the App. Ad-related data handled by Google is retained according to Google’s own policies.

8. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is no account to access or erase on our side. You may reset all local data by deleting the App. Depending on your region, you may have rights regarding data processed by Google; you can manage ad settings via your device and Google’s ad controls.

9. Security

Local data stays on your device. Any network communication (for ad requests) uses standard encrypted connections (HTTPS).

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
